Policy

Returns accepted unless otherwise specified in a specific items description.

To return an item follow these steps: 

• Authorization by phone is required.
• If item has been unpacked it must be photographed from multiple angles before repacking. Photos must be emailed to eric@coresthetic.com before shipping.
• Item must be packed in same packaging in which it was received, if this is not possible it must be packed in equal or better packaging.(it is always good practice to document the unpacking of anything)
• There will be a restocking fee of 15%
• All return shipping/freight costs to be paid by buyer.
